Job Summary
As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. You will foster a positive classroom environment, inspire a love of learning, and help build the foundation for future success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Deliver high-quality instruction that encourages active participation and exploration
- Assess student progress through observations, assessments, and classroom activities
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, student progress, and classroom documentation
- Collaborate effectively with families, colleagues, and school leadership
- Support the social, emotional, and academic development of each child
- Incorporate creative teaching strategies and educational technology to enhance learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification or credentials preferred
- Experience teaching Pre-K, Kindergarten, or Early Childhood students preferred
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Passion for early childhood education and student development
