About the Role

Park Schools is seeking a warm, organized, and professional Part-Time Parent Liaison to serve as a welcoming point of contact for prospective and current families. This role will help families learn more about our school, guide them through tours and registration, and ensure they have a positive experience throughout the enrollment process.

The ideal candidate is friendly, confident speaking with parents, highly organized, and comfortable representing the school to prospective families.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with prospective parents and families regarding school inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate school tours
- Conduct and present school tours to prospective families
- Provide families with information about Park Schools, programs, classrooms, and enrollment
- Assist parents with the registration and enrollment process
- Follow up with families after tours and during the registration process
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled tours, prospective families, and registration status
- Answer general parent questions and direct specific concerns to the appropriate school staff
- Help create a welcoming and professional experience for all families
- Coordinate with school leadership regarding enrollment updates and parent needs

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with parents and families
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to confidently conduct school tours and present information
- Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic online systems
- Experience in customer service, education, admissions, enrollment, or administrative support is preferred
- Experience working in a school or childcare environment is a plus

Schedule

This is a part-time position. Availability should align with scheduled school tours, parent meetings, and enrollment needs.
